Shipping
The standard processing time for orders is 7-10 business days to be processed and shipped/delivered. Please note that processing times may increase for special collections.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped/delivered.
Abba Exchange is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced. If necessary, please contact info@abbaexchange.com and we promise to make every possible effort to assist you.
Pre-Orders/Couture
Pre-ordered/Couture items will be shipped when stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item.
You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.
We are unable to exchange or refund the sale of Couture products.
International Orders
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.
Returns
All request for returns must be filed via email within 15 days of receiving order.
Item(s) must be returned in original/sale-able condition. The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, free from any odors and in its original packaging with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned item is in sale-able condition.
We can only exchange an item for the same article in a different size or colour.
If a refund is approved, you will receive an email notifying when your refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the exchanges/refunds on item(s).
